We get it. Sometimes a product just isn’t your perfect match. If that happens, we’re happy to offer a full refund.
And here’s the best part: No need to return the product. Keep it, gift it, or recycle the container. Less emissions, less hassle, and more happy.
If Your Order Arrived Damaged
We do our very best to package everything with care, but if something arrives damaged, we want to fix it quickly. If the product is still usable, we can offer:
a partial refund, or
a discount on your next order
Refund Window
If it’s not usable, we’ll make it right with a full refund or replacement.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. You can choose:

an exchange for an item of equal value, or
store credit

Response Time
We’re a small business with big heart. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible, but please allow 3–5 business days for a reply. Once your refund is approved, please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear on your original payment method.
